Pastor of Family Ministries
After pastoring in Wisconsin for several years, David and his family came to Northwest Bible Church around Easter, 2010. He was immediately drawn to this church because of the sound preaching, the wealth of male leadership, and the vitality of the congregation. In the spring of 2012, he was asked to be on the pastoral leadership team as the Family Life Pastor. His life mission is “Knowing God and Making Him Known,” particularly through equipping men as husbands, fathers, and church leaders, who then minister to those around them.
His wife, Kris, and kids Kenny, Katrina, and Karsten have found a home at NWBC and enjoy ministering with this local body. David and his boys like to spend time in the blacksmith shop banging on metal. Katrina enjoys the fine arts and Kris enjoys creative arts. The Williams family all love reading and attending historical reenactments when not at one of the kids’ activities.
David’s life verse is, “And I am sure of this, that he who began a good work in you will bring it to completion at the day of Jesus Christ.” Phil. 1:6

His oldest (by 17 minutes) daughter, Claire, joined NWBC as a member through believer’s baptism in the Summer of 2016. Eric served as a deacon in 2016 and 2017 prior to becoming an elder at Northwest Bible Church in early 2018.
Eric has worked for Twin City Fan & Blower since 2006. Prior to joining Twin City Fan, Eric worked as a landscape designer in the Twin Cities Metro area for several years.
Eric and Carie were married in 2002, and have 6 children – 3 boys and 3 girls. Eric and Carie had four biological children before deciding to adopt two children, on two separate occasions, from China. Together, they have a heart for orphaned children and for those families willing to open their homes through foster care and adoption. They have organized a Foster Care & Adoption Support Group since January 2016 that meets monthly during the school year for training and encouragement.
In all of his spare time, Eric enjoys coaching and watching his children play sports, doing projects around the house, and beating Pastor Aaron on the golf course.
